Choosing a new school is a big decision. There are great schools in our district and we understand that you are looking for the best growing opportunity for your child. 

As a school community, we believe that all students can learn. We know that each learner comes to us with different strengths and areas of growth. It is through mindful practices that we support all STEAM-learners in continuing to grow. 

Early Kinder/Transitional Kinder- Half Day Program

EK (also called Transitional Kindergarten or TK) is the first year of a two-year kindergarten experience for children who turn 5 - from September 2, 2022 through February 2, 2023. 

2021-2022 School Year Early Kinder registration will continue to be gathered throughout the school year. 

2022-2023 Application

Kindergarten

Kindergarten registration for the 2022-2023 school year began on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. To be eligible to register for kindergarten for the Fall, children must be five years old on or before September 1, 2022. Registration Information  

Students who are enrolled in our EK program in 2021-22 must register for Kinder. Families who reside outside the Washington boundaries can apply for Kinder through Open Enrollment or through an Intra-District permit to remain at Washington for Kinder-6th.

Kinder School Day 9:00-1:30PM 

Open Enrollment-  Open Enrollment ended February 15, 2022
